There's a version of a brand activation that's basically a gym selfie with a logo backdrop. This was not that.

On Saturday, March 14, WellUp Collective partnered with Elite Eleven Sporting to host an exclusive influencer Pilates wellness activation at WSA in New York City.

The Aesthetic

Walking in, the space told a clear story. Silver accents throughout. Branded cups. Floral arrangements that felt considered, not afterthought. Matcha and specialty coffee set up at the bar. Pilates mats laid out with branded transfer stickers. Even the napkins had been thought about.

It's the kind of activation where you can tell the planning team cared and where the influencers actually wanted to take photos because the setting was worth it.

The Movement

The Pilates session was the centerpiece, and it delivered. A focused, full-body workout on brand-stickered mats, the kind of session that makes you feel accomplished without wrecking you. WellUp designed it to be challenging enough to be memorable, accessible enough for a room of influencers who came to experience the brand, not just survive it.

Post-workout, the matcha bar and specialty coffee setup did exactly what it needed to do: gave everyone a reason to linger, connect, and shoot content that actually looked good.

The Moment

The stainless steel boards positioned as photo moments were a standout detail. Campaign imagery shot on a reflective surface, it added a clean, editorial quality to the content being captured. Smart, intentional, and the kind of touch that makes the brand look like it understands its own aesthetic.

Elite Eleven brought their Australian edge to New York and it landed. The activation succeeded because it didn't try to be everything, it committed to a clear aesthetic, gave the room a genuine workout, and created the kind of environment where the content creates itself.
